[Resolved] Indian Oil / Gas Cylinder — irrational and inhuman response from distributor and company | |||
We hold a indane gas connection,S12529, on my mother's name, Paramjit Kaur, with Shalimar gas agency in Shalimar Bagh. As the last date of transparency forms is nearing, we reported to the gas agency with form and all relevant documents, since my mother is out of country at present and might not make it till 15th of November. The distributor declined to register our form saying she should be present herself and we cannot submit the form. He immediately cancelled the connection and refused to do anything. We called the indian oil to register a complaint /find a solution but got same response from them also. We were refused any new connection since we have a connection on my mother's name on same address and that has also been blocked since she is not present herself. So, what are we supposed to do?!!! I think its only a way to cancel connections so that consumers are forced to buy cylinders in black!! Kindly help. [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
