[Resolved]  Indian Oil LPG Gas — non delivery lpg gas

Dear Sir,

I have booked for LPG on 5th Feb -08 . My consumer number is 29158 , Agency name is Sunder Shyam Enterprise, Janakpuri . I understand there is some shortage of LPG Cylinder in Delhi but do you think it should take more than two weeks in city like delhi . When I am giving call to the agancy most of the time its Busy if not no one is picking the call the phone kept on ringing. when we expext the LPG to be delivered without much followup . Need your comment on this .

I am getting always short weight some times 4 kg. It is very difficult to connect to this agency. My consumer no.47603 and name of Agency is Gauri Gas (Palam Colony).

Dear Sir/Madam. I booked for LPG Cylender electronically several times in the number 1260, latest booking was on 7th Feb.2011 but till today I did not receive the same. My cosumer No is 12065, in the name of Gita Saha and my supplier is Sindhu Enterprise.Dilshad Garden.Please look into the matter.

Dear Sir/ mam. I booked my Lpg gas cylinder on 26/12/11 through phone. But yet not got the delivery. After complaining for last few days on ph, today I went in the office for enquiry at JWALANI, SILIGURI, then they said that my booking has been cancled, when asked why the booking has been cancled, they are saying that they are not answerable to our questions. they gave a new booking slip with order no. 13375 saying that it has been booked again and will not get the cylinder for my last booking. Facing great problems becose of not recieving the cylinder. I'm Ashok Agarwal from siliguri, West Bengal, dst. Darjeeling. My distributor is JWALANI, C/15 Jajodia Market, S.F.Road, SILIGURI. My consumer no. is J-7375.
