I have a gas connection No 28306A with Kalka Gas Service, Kalkaji New Delhi110019. Tel No 26020108, 26029868. I have booked gas on 21.06.2008, But I have not received gas cylinder till date. On telephonic enquiry It was told that there are shortage of gas cylinder, Hence cylinder are delivered late,
Kindly look into the matter and give direction to the above named dealer to deliver the gas cylinder as soon as possible

Its regarding poor rather very poor customer care service of KALKAJI GAS SERVICE, KALKAJI, NEW DELHI-110019, T.NO. 26029868, 26020108.Everytime it takes at least more than 100 attempts to dial their no. successfully as their nos. are either kept off-hooked or no reply.ITS REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO FEEL SO MISERABLE FOR THEIR BASIC MEANS OF COOKING THE FOOD i.e. A GAS CYLINDER TO BE BOOKED AFTER WASTING SO MUCH OF ENERGY &TIME.IT IS THE REGULAR PRACTICE OF THIS AGENCY& QUITE ANNOYING.Our booking no. is 21392 & I'd like to request you to book the same from our behalf &take an immediate &urgent action against this kind f attitude.

    Indian oil petrol bunk they are not using the auto filling metre for filling particular rate from the pump instead o[censored]sing auto filling they are filling manually in all the Indian oil petrol bunk, the reason is we are filling the petrol for Rs.100/-but they will fill Rs.99.50/-, i dont know how many times they will do for a day and how much thier profit for every workers.?. We are not insisting to reduce the rate of petrol but the correption here in tamil nadu is getting increasing day by day, so i regret if i did any mistake in this informal mail as it affects any of their hearts, as a public i want a justice for this, so kindly considered this mail as i put forward the message above, and we need of real solution for those requests...

    I agree to Mr. R.S.Rajagopalan... IOC petrol bunks in Chennai are 100% frauds, all the bunks cheat the customer in quality and quantity of petrol.

    The case here is with a pertol bunk situated in between Urapakkam - Guduvancherry... this petrol bunk has auto filling metre but it is never used... today also I filled petrol for Rs. 100 and that guy filled for Rs. 99.60 and when I asked him to complete the numbers -- he said machine is not set properly for that... to add more the quantity of petrol and the quality of petrol both irregular... This petrol bunk is 100% cheating all the customer by taking the advantage that either side of Guduvancherry for near 2+ km there are no petrol bunks.

    I sure no one is going to read this and going to log a complain with local police station to see what action they will take.

    Long live corrupted politicians and corrupted business house like IOC... it really sucks treat IOC as Indian -- probably IOC should be changed to CoI (Cheater of India)

    I will always fill my Honda Activa with IOC bunk by using Citi Bank (IOC) Credit Card as a loyal customer for many decades (particularly for LPG). But, your devoted customer is being cheated for more than 5 times by the same bunk situated at Chennai, P H Road, opp-Ega Theatre and next to HP Bunk. I usually fill Unleaded Petrol for Rs. 200/-. This is my weekly routine when I go to pick my daughter from nearby school in the afternoon. The scene will be like this, when I ask to fill Rs. 200/- and simultaneously another boy will apporch and ask something; during the attendence to that boy, the petrol filling boy will shut the pump and the meter will say Rs. 50/-. I'll again insist for Rs. 200/- they will fill for Rs.150/- and the first Rs. 50/- is an empty. By the way I'm being cheated 5 times by a particular bunk. I also had the same experience at Egmore, Chennai, opp-station IOC Petrol bunk for twice. On complaint to the Head/Incharge of the bunk, they will say, "Sir, I'll tell them not to do so sir", with cool and that's all.

    I request the authority concerned to have a surprise check with an affected person like me without disclosing their Identity, then only you can stop all this and the end user will be ever with you as yours is a Fortune 500 Company.

    I live in krishan nagar and the IOCL dealer Rajpath motors, Geeta Colony Delhi-51 falls on my way to office. For the last two months owner of the filling station has displayed the board "MACHINE OUT OF ORDER". On enquiry from the employee at station, he replied that nozzle of filling pipe is not working and the supplies are also not comming. Please investigate the matter and assured for smooth supply of LPG.
    Cheating in Indian oil petrol bunk..
    I'm from Chennai peravallur. near my home there are many petrol bunks. usually i fill petrol in ioc bunk today a lady attend me try to cheat me by saying i didn't pay the amount for filling petrol. i had paid the Rs.100 and i ask them to fill my 2wheeler tank for Rs.100 by evening 3.30pm on 25/Feb/2012.after filling the petrol she was again asking me rs.100. i don't know to what to do after that they check the meter reading and amount she had, both got tallied than they leave me.. really because these happening i missed my work timing..
    and in many Indian oil petrol bunk the pump attenders are not giving respect to customer..
    so kindly can any one say me or help me, how to file complaint on this issues..

    We have been cheated many times by the VASANTH ENTERPRISES Petrol Bunk at Kottivakkam many a times. Whenever we have asked them to fill for Rs.1000/-, Rs.600 and then Rs. 350 on various days and it was quite surprising that THE PETROL GAUGE STAYS STILL AT WHATEVER THE CAR WAS BROUGHT IN AT. WHEN MY HONDA CITY WAS BROUGHT IN WITH A READING OF ONLY 65 RANGE AND THOUGH I PUT THE PERTOL FOR RS.1000/- THE RANGE STILL REMAINED AT 65 AND THE PERSONAL WORKING THERE HAS THE CHEEK FOR ARGUING AND TELLING ME THAT MY GAUGE MIGHT NOT BE WORKING OR TO COMPLAIN INSIDE. IT HAS SO HAPPENDED WITH THE MERC ALSO AND HENCE WUD LIKE THE INDIAN OIL AUTHORITIES TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS OUTLET IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE WE HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE ON WITH THE CONSUMER COURT TO EITHER CORRECT IT OR LOCK IT COMPLETELY SO THAT NO OTHER CONSUMERS ARE BEING CHEATED FURTHER as we have started working on it by gathering various proofs as videos from consumers sent by us coming out from there...
    I have get the same experiend in ABT Petorl bulk guindy at chennai, i put 500 rs petrol to my bike. they ask some waste towel to me in between they started to fuel, i asked them its not come from zero. its come from 100 . they are not listern they said its come from zero. wht to do.. am really very sad about these kind of cheating.

    Today i went to Indian Oil petrol bunk near Adyar Depot. chennai, when i asked to fill for Rs.200 to my bike. the attender filled first one litre and he didnt set the meter. i asked why u didnt set the meter. he said, he didnt listen tht i said to fill for rs.200/- (this kind of incident happened 3 times in same petrol bunk itself with different men), then i said how can u hear when i say rs.200 and to ur ear it will listen as one litre. then he filled balance upto rs.200/- and gave me bill. but the first time as he filled for one litre. didnt come. i fight with him n went to manager to report abt it. then this attender begged me not to tell to the manager and he will fill for rs.200/-. already price level is going high n another side these ppl cheating us. these are the two bills i got it.

      I Have Gas cylinder connection of Indane Gas from ATHARVA INDANE GAS SERVICE, PLOT NO 24 VASHI NAVIMUMBAI 400703
      MAHARASHTRA . This agency not good, they don't bother about customer, they speak very rudly with customer . For Gas refiling request we have to 10 times, very rudly speak with customer . I fedup with agency . They sell gas cylender to commerial users in black .
      This agency is not good, Please suggest any agency in sanpada .

        Late supply of gas And inadequate amount of gas in cylinders
        Dear Sir,
        It is to bring in your knowledge That M/S Montoo gas agency Shahpura Road, Neemkathana Distt. Sikar(Rajasthan)PIN 332713 is not doing fair with the consumer .They book the gas at 21 days and after booking the gas they supply it in next 16-20days, Thus it takes minimum 35-40 days and with all these.They not delivers the cylinder at home bur gives the delivery on road. the weight of the cylinder is not according to the actual weight of the filled cylinder. It makes customer inconvenient.
        Pl see the matter and take necessary action.

        It is to bring in your knowledge That M/S Captain gas agency Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad (U.P.) PIN 201009 is not doing fair with the consumer .They book the gas at 21 days and after booking the gas they supply it in next 16-20days, Thus it takes minimum 35-40 days and with all these, the weight of the cylinder is not according to the actual weight of the filled cylinder. It makes customer inconvenient.
        Pl see the matter and take necessary action.

          I am a customer of Indane Gas. The LPG cylinder delivered to my home when started using, there was gas leakage in the cylinder. I tried calling on the following indane numbers
          [protected], [protected], Emergency numbers 41263305/[protected]/[protected] and there was no reply and no one are picking up the phone.

          What the hell is happening in India. If the customer service is not done properly then why the hell govt of india is given license to these people to run the business.

          In other countries, only one rule to customer service it is as follows
          two points to customer service
          point 1- Customer is always right
          point 2- If customer is wrong refer point 1.

          Please wake up india, atleast now lets be honest and behave as more responsible citizens.

          I dont know whether there will any action on this message. Any way I wish my self as all the best. Let god save the citizens of india from corruption and this kind of people who get license without proper services to people.

          I hope you take necessary action on above mentioned Agency this problem is not for single person this problem feacing all agencies' customers.

          I am the consume of LPG gas and M/s Gauri Enterprises, Nr. Dava Dev Mandir, Palam Colony, New Delhi is the supplier of cylinder. My Consumer No. is 20352. I have booked for re-filling the cylinder 8 days before. Knowing the fact that I am consumer of single cyliner, till date (31st January, 2008), supplier has not deliverd the cylinder resulting i am facing massive problem in managing my daily affairs.

          Most difficult part is to get in touch with this supplier, if you start contacting them in the morning, you never know you will be succeedful to get in touch with them in the evening or after da day or two.

          Also, since last two delivery, cylinder has been delivered, halfly filled with water which got finished in just 12 days time.

          If this site, has really taken the opportunity to support genuine consumer. Please intervene into the matter and make the process easy, approachable and reliable.

          Sri Rama agencies never pickup the phone number. There services in OMBR Layout, Banaswadi is very poor. They are not giving any importance to customer. I suggest their license should be withdrawn and legally penalised.

          I want to know about these complaints against to Sri Rama Agency regarding the booking of a cylinder. What is the result, no action against this and nothing happening. Still we are facing the same problem to reach & book a cylinder with Sri Rama Agency, TC Palay Road, RM Nagar.           You are right, I agree with you, Sri Rama Agencies customer service is worst and those people never pick the calls and they wouldnt answer properly also, what ever the number printed in the invoice are useless.

          Indane should take action on this, on poor customer service and they should resolve this issue asap.

          I am the customer of Radha govind gas agency having customer no 18575. during last three months this agency fails to serve my booking cylinder. and if delivered that is leaking. I have already made complaint but there is no response till date 15/12/10

          Indane Gas — not attending to serious problem of leaking gas cylinder

          We have an Indane gas connection with City Gas Agency, SCO 171 Sec 37C Chandigarh since long. our consumer number is 31251. They have lately been supplying gas cylinders that leak badly. We have complained a number of times but they rarely attend and when they do they send some semi-trained persons who cannot find the problem and even refuse to acknowledge the clear smell of leaking gas. It could lead to a serious accident anytime.
          Sri Rama Agency never pick up customer calls.Its very rare they attend the customer call.Always disconnected tone from their side.Very poor service.Even if we luckly get a opportunity to book a refilling, it won't be delivered and the customer should wait wait for ever.Their license has to be cancelled and this service needs to be penalised.

          Indane Gas — Not received the phone calls

          I am the customer of Indane Gas from last 8 years. I received the gas sylender from AVIJIT DISTRIBUTER from KHARDAHA, at 24 parganus(n).

          From last saturday (date 02.04.11) to now ( date: 05.04.11.time 11.50am) I try to call them for booked my GAS. I hear the dialling tone but nobody received the call, they cut the connection.

          How they could this? if this call would be very urjent? If the gas sylender was problemed and the customer called them. How they could irresponsibel? Then what will do they and what will do your company?

          please check this problem.

          Iam a customer of the above Indane distributors located in J P Nagar 6th phase.Their service is disgusting and I have a strong reason for this.
          1.They have about 5 contact numbers.Either all are engaged or nobody picks up the phone.
          2.They need an emergency course in customer relations.They are downright rude and bang down the phone(if we ever reach through) if we want to complain.
          3.Ditto with some toll free number-doesnt work.
          Is this gas agency sleeping on our money?Do they need to pocket their salary when they are doing their work so irresponsibly.

          I am another unfortunate customer having same experience. We live in India and this the minimum we can get. We should feel shameful of living in this country...

          Whom we should complain about the services of this agency?

          Rama gas Agencies, bangalore — Gas agency persons are never picks up phone

          SRI RAMA Agencies (supplier of Indane domestic gas) are never picks up the phone to book cylinder refill. Other than they black-market the cylinders at high price. Indane (Indian oil) should take action to smooth the refill process or cancel the license of agency.
          All customers are extremely dissatisfied with the service but they are helpless from a long time.

          as when booked at last time the agency did not deliver the booked gas cylinder on time and we were not been given a proper response even through sms also this made our family to get suffered a lot on the negligence on time deliver and after complaining at the call center there was some actions taken, but there was another big issue created by sri rama gas agency while booking for the second time as they replied us that the booking will not been taken until the two cylinders get overed as this is really very redicioulous and the final action action has to been taken against the agency .

          Sri rama agencies is an Absolutely irresponsible gas agency...they have no idea about the rules and regulations...they form their own rules...have not been delivering cylinders on time...they never answer the phone...their license should just be cancelled and all the employees should just be kicked out...useless people...
          I raised request for refill cylinder on 31-march 2012 which reference number is 546211. As per rule after 21 days we will receive cylinder and I was waiting till 22 April 2012 and did wait for 5 more days. On 29-April 2012, I called to your helpline number [protected] and got response within 48 hours problem resolved. But till 3 –may 2012 again I was facing same problem and till this date 34 days over. On daily basis, I am calling to same number but not getting any response. Is this type of service you are providing to customers?. I am highlighting my problems with consumer firms and media due to facing this problem, you should understand problem what are we facing from last 40 days.

          I raised a request for new refill cylinder on 17th Oct 2012. Reference no : 633141 against my consumer no:59176. The cash memo reference no : 26219 dated 02nd Nov'2012.
          Till date I have not received the cylinder and if I call Sri Rama Agency on the landline nos, Nobody is picking the call and most of the time the phone nos are engaged.
          I am really fed up with this service. We don't required such a third class service provider. Better to cancel the license of this agency.

          I have taken booked for a refill this Jan 1st, 2015,
          Till today (16th Jan, 2013) they did not deliver. On ivr they are saying they have cleared up to 4th, Jan 2013.

          I had gone to last week, they said they would be delivering in the couple of days, I dont see them at all. Home come they have cleared till 4rth while mine 1st itself is never delivered.

          We booked several times through Registered phone and we used to get SMS that you are booked, delivered shortly, cash memo cancelled. I walked to Rama Agencies Several Times. I used to get the same response like "tomorrow, you will get it" and our system is not working. What are they doing with stupid system, without knowing the value of customer.

          I don't know what to do with this kind of people

          Indane gives not a damm to it, I am switching to Bharat agency.
          This is against Sri Rama Gas Agency. Completely corrupted. I applied for a new connection. They asked me to get some hell lot of documents. After I got every thing done, they came back telling that they are not issuing domestic connections and if there are is urgency I have to go for commercial cylinders. As far as I know, commercial cylinders should not be brought for home purpose. There was one more customer who got the domestic connection infront of my eyes, who was speaking in the language of the manager sitting(Guess its Telugu). Ridiculous Please cancel their license

          Just some days ago we booked for a LPG refill, later the bill was generated (received SMS confirming the delivery shortly). Further, a day later, we received a text msg stating that our booking has been cancelled and to inquire the agency for the reason.

          Luckily, as our call was attended, the agency representative gave all answers (lies, in other words) that the door must have been locked, pls contact the delivery man (is he a decision maker?), it's IOC that cancelled the booking, and finally the truth reveals: that the price has been revised! "So, please book again, and we will deliver it tomorrow."

          Where's ethics? We got no energy and time to fight these conscious petty crimes of such Consumer-harassing agencies. We can only regret that this is what you make of India - a corrupt nation. Wake up, people (and the agency), we are the nation.

            Sir,
            I am a consumer of Indane LPG with consumer no. SGA 3399 and the name of my distributor is M/s Sahuwala Gas Agency, K.K.Mart, Neamatpur, P.O. Sitarampur -713359, Burdwan, W.B. Every time I booked for a refill these days it takes at least 20/21 days to supply. And more disturbing is the fact that in spite of repeated requests the deliveryman was not weighing the refill cilynder at the time of delivery, promising to do it next time. This time I booked for refill cylinder on 08/06/2008 with cash memo no. 1210. After several requests the deliveryman came today on 22/06/2008 to supply refill but again he declined to weigh the cylinder. I refused to take delivery this time without weighing and the deliveryman went off with the cylinder without delivering. I am afraid that unless necessary action is taken I will have to accept this illegal practice and request the distributor to supply refill in his way and time.
            Even phone no. and address of consumer complaint is not displayed at distributor's office. I shall be obliged if you kindly arrange for necessary action.

            This is a complaint for one of senior citizen who is asthma patient and is unable to make a call even under present circumstances since she is unwell. She has booked it on 24th Sep'09 and was told that she will get the same next day. Even after repeated reminders she hasn't got the delivery till now.             I have Indane gas custmer number 27114 at UDAY GAS AGENCY, AJMER.

            I registered my Booking number 121 date 10.01.2011 and got refill on 29.01.2011 and again registered through booking number 82 date 11.02.2011 , got refill on 10.03.2011 after remind twise on telephone and personally.


            If a custmer registered for refilling after 21 days and got refilling after 15 to 20 days. It is very difficult to maintain a gas cylender for more than 40 days by a family.

            Please do needfull action in this regard and a line in reply will be appriciable.

              Complaints on "Indane Gas"



              I am a customer of M/s I C P Indane Gas agency, Kalmandapam Palakkad, KERALA . I have received only one cylinder at delivery time(18/4/2007). 6 months ago when I requested to give the one more cylinder, they answered to wait becasuse the at that time the gas was short and since last 6 months they have only one answer, shortage of gas.

              my gas connection at Bhavani agency in kumbakonam. i booked for additional refill cyclider. the agency takes more than 28 days after booked. they show in the receipt different date but actually given different date. is any rules for distribution about gas refilling system. how many days required to booking and how many days need to give refill cyclinder to us. please clarify this matter.

                My gas distributor is never available on Phone his lines are busy through out working hours non stop. I have been trying to call him from the last three days but could not get to him to register the Gas leak complaint. Try out these number your self, [protected], [protected], gas agency name is sanjiv gas, 11 sehgal market -2, greater kailash-II new delhi -110049
                and thier booking officer told me i[censored] have problem so change to ur gase agency.
                I would like some one to take a note of this problem, else consumer court looks like the only resort for me.

                Also, Cylinders are not delivered on time committed by this agency, I would rate the services by agency at 2 out of 10 due to the following reasons:
                1. They are not at all planned /foresited about mainting stocks just after any state or national holidays,
                2. For every thing we have to go the agency,
                3. Cylinder deliveries are not done timely,
                4. No second cylinders are being given so that we can have back ups when we run out of Gas.

                  I am a LPG Indane customer with KFCSC Gas Agency, Hebbal Bangalore and my consumer Number is 32852. I have booked for a refile on 10.06.2008. Even though it is nearing ten days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.

                  I have booked for refile after Five months of previous supply and I am unable to get one refile.Now a days it is very difficult to get them over telephone & if we get them with great difficulty, there has been no courtesy to even listen to our grievance & they just slam the phone and no proper answer given.
                  If Indian oil is concerned over customer satisfaction they better do some thing



                  Iam having onle single cylinder. Ihave booked second cylinder on[protected] receipt no.50221.But Till now i have not receipt any information and cylinder from Indian Oil.

                    With due respect I beg to say that I ( Meena Bajpai ) am a customer of Tundla Gas Service District Firozabad (Uttar Pradesh) . MY Customer No is T- 5438. I am suffering from Delay in cylinder delivery for more than 3 month . Though I book my cylinder regularly yet I have to complaint two
                    or three times for it to get cylinder, they give different reason for delay as your home was locked, I could not get your house .They pretend in this way but I am a famous person in Tundla and my house can be get only my name and my house is never locked . so I have to suffer great .I am not getting delivery of cylinder in time from the gas agency for example I booked my cylinder on[protected] and get it on[protected] and booked on 18-03-08.And get it 17-04-08 at present I booked my cylinder on 13-05-08 and complaint for it on 05-06-08 my complaint no is 6 .and got its delivery on
                    13th June 2008 .I want to know that cylinders were not at the Gas agency in stock from 05-06-08 12-06-08. without reciet.
                    My second problem is that I also want to know that if one has the computerized bill of refill Cylinder of before the date of increase in price of L.P.G. he will have to pay the printed price or the price written by hand without any stamp or signature.
                    My third problem is that there is no facility to complain for any inconvenience on Tundla gas agency as no name of any officer, office or phone no is told us or given in writing .
                    Sir I have complaint it with great hope that my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir

                      I would like to know whether Indian Oil has issued order to mandatorily show a ration card during booking monthly booking in Hosur. I got transferred from Maharashtra - Nashik to Hosur last 6 months back. I have applied for a new ration card three months back in Hosur & not received now . I am not being issued gas cylinder without ration card now. I had to give a request letter in writing for issue for last month. An NOC is being asked from Tahsildar office.

                      I feel this demand now is questioning the basic needs of my requirement by the Indian Oil agency. Kindly clarify or redirect M/s Thirumalesa Agencies, Hosur to issue me monthly cylinder without hindrance .

                      The current cylinder will last for one month and expect your reply asap to find an alternative.
                      I have a LPG connection in my mothers name, will it be transferable in my name.

                        These people never recieve calls at all. The phone is always engaged. How to make a booking? We become handicapped. My house is in Asola, Fatehpur Beri, i cant travel every time personally to book my gas. The service is rediculas.

                        I complaint every now and then but no action is taken, they are the same. The customer service is nil.

                        Complaints are many. Not picking up the phone, phone always engaged, late delivery of the gas, less gas in the cylinder and many more.

                        I myself have seen curruption under my nose; black marketting, getting cylinders for taking out gas and filling in other empty cylinders.

                        Where is India going, petty on the system and petty on the management. We people struggle day and night, earn money and buy such consumable. But what exactly do we get? Adultration and less quantity for which we are are been payed?
                        I phoned up and asked to send your Gas Service person over phone from 2nd onwards. But nobody has responded. The lady and another man in the telephone operation and registration are not at all responding. On seeing this please send your service personal immediately as my gas stove is not working properly.                         The agency booking nos and emergency response calls are only for namesake.
                        These people will never change.
                        Many Accidents could be easily averted by early repsonse to the emergency calls.
                        But getting response for the emergency calls is becoming an achievement by itself.
                        I have been trying since morning to contact the emergency nos 26258245 and [protected].
                        While land line no is keeping on ringing the mobile no is responding as "switched off".
                        I don't know what to do. My consumer no: 56626. One washer was changed recently in the cylinder. it was holding for few days. Now again gas has started leaking.

                          This is regarding Consumer#16584 with 'Sri Chandrian Gas Agency- Hathi Bhata-Ajmer'. I provided Adhar card, PAN card and other ID proof, however my last name is still not corrected. My last name is Ghai and seeded in their system as Bai.
                          Why it is different than provided ID proof ? I contacted multiple times but it is still reflecting incorrect last name. Can anyone listen consumer and help ?

                            Dear Sir,

                            Recently I have transfered my Indian Gas connection consumer name - 06120 from Guruprashad Indian, Aundh, Pune to Rajkot, Gujarat. Today (21/05/2009) around 3.30 pm, I contacted my nearby Inidan Gas dealer in Rajkot along with all documents (Transfer Paper, House rent agreement etc), but did not get the gas connection. Their customer handling is so bad that by giving gas connection, they are obliging to customer.

                            Gas is an essential comodity and require instance connection. But why it is so. Why your dealer attitudue is so bad. I also tried to contact your officer Mr V G Jalawadia through phone no :[protected], no reply from this no. Bad Bad.

                            If I did not get any reply by tommorow & do not get the connection, I have to escale this to higher level.

                            For your information, I did TATASKY connection within hour of reaching in Rajkot, why not GAS.

                              We have been the customer of indian oil corporation for past 25 years; holding the consumer number 06885 under the name of KB Mohammed. We have shifted from Podannur-Coimbatore to Gandhipuram- coimbatore and we are in need of transfering the gas connection. Unfortunately we lost the depsoit receipt which is 25 yeras old and which is required for transferring the connection.

                              As per the rules we are ready to produce the indemnity bond, but we were unable to furnsih the details therein becuase the indian oil corporation and the current agency ( N.Mahalingam &Co.) doesnt possess our old records. Our previous agency was R.V gas agency, Sundarapuram - Coimbatore, which was selaed by indian oil for mal practice and our details are with them.

                              Now the authorities are refusing to transfer the connection on non availability of details where the indian oil ocrporation should be possessing the details.

                              We kindly request you to take the necessary action and do the needful as soon as possible. We are in need of gas for cooking, Please Help.

                                May I Know :- which GOI's Rule/Circular/Order/Notification no. is followed by this distributer or on the behalf of IOC ?

                                Indane Gas Service — Extra Amount Charged

                                Hi there...!
                                We have th Indane Gas Connections, through AMRIT AGENCIES, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi (TIN No - [protected]).
                                Recently we booked the gas on March 21 and the Booking/Payment Slip was printed (by the dealer) on March 26, the amount printed on that receipt was Rs.281 (& some paise) but when the Cylinder was delivered the Delivery Man forcefully demanded Rs.310.35 (Rs.311), from my Uncle who was at home to collect the delivery, he said the prices are hiked where as as per the receipt it was for 281. We have two connections & were charged Rs.60 EXTRA (30 each). There was a rubber stamp on the receipt saying "310 P 35", which I don't find valid.
                                I tried to lodge a complaint with AMRIT AGENCIES but they're not ready to hear anything.

                                Please look into this... and get our EXTRA PAID MONEY refunded.

                                  I am consumer of LPG, Indane through Sona enterprises, A-72/2, Masoodpur, Vasantkunj new delhi-70.My consumer number is 25939.Since past few months i have been observing that my gas cylinder gets over before the normal usage time.Today while taking deliavery i insisted the the delivary boy to weigh it he some how tampared the weighing scale and showed me right figure where as later when i got it maesured through a genuine scale it was weighing 5 kg less.This is been a regular feature since past few months .kindly look into the matter and do as required or else i hav to approach other related forums...

                                  I am trying to call sona enterprises from last one week, but they are not picking the phone. I have to transfer my connection, but what to do? Can you give me suggestion ?
                                  I was a dealer for Sona Gas Agency Kannur and we have returned all the gas cyclinders and refuended deposit to the customers but the company is not refunding our desposit for Rs. 164, 000 as per the Kannur court order. I spoke and send mails to Mr. S G Shekar who is the manager. Every time he just give excues it is now two years after the court order he has not refunded the deposit. Please provide any information regarding the Sona gas Agency to me and beware of the scam Sona Gas Agency is running with customers and dealers.

                                    Rajesh from chennai, i had very bad experience in an indane gas distributor, while transfering my gas connection from one dealer to another. i was shifted from khilkatalai to mudichur last week so i went to my original dealer(RANIE ENTERPRISES, NANGANALLUR, CHENNAI) for an TTV, i had waited for an hour and job done.on the same day around 4pm i had went to PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY, WEST TAMBARAM with my regulator, without verfiying anything they said today we cant do that go and come back on monday (9.06.08).after that actual problem araises by morning 9am i had went there, they said our staff will come by 10;00 am, i had waited up to 10;15 am, like me for enquiry, trnasfer around 15 to 20 customers are waiting .i had enquired them what happen still no has turned up, they said 2 staff are leave today.one lady staff came and checked my documents and said ther is no date in ttv go and get from your original dealer.that is my mistake also not checked properly.again from tambaram i had went to nanganullar and get it done from them and came back to pattammal around 4pm they said document paper is not available come by tommorow morning.the whole day wasted and it is a loss of pay for me.again next day 10.06.08 tuesday morning, there were around 15 customers like me, they said only 5 document paper is avaialble rest of them go and come back after 3 days.my documentation done, by time it is half day. they are just working like an goverment organisation, not at all bothered about the customers whom they are giving businness.for non availablity of document paper asking the customer come back after 3 days, and very lathergic activity by staffs.i never come back like this in an private organisation that too with indian oil dealer, because i am also working in an customer service organisation.it should not happened to any customer like me in futurue.

                                    vijayan from chennai, i had very bad experience in an indane gas distributor, (south madras gas agency) mandavelli.i have booked for second cylinder they dnt send up to 17days, but my apartment another custamer booked in that gas agency, cylinder delivered with in 2days, and i ask the staffs and again tel me next day delivery, but my father go to godawn and take a cylinder.in office dnt give bill, i lot of time ring to that office and directly visit the office to book next one they tel me wrong date, u have time to book for next one so uwil wait and book.iam waited for another booking exactly 28days, already promised i send the cylinder soonly but iam waited 6days .in that distubuter office staffs not good she wil prefere some thing ?.i never come back like this in an private organisation that too with indian oil dealer, because i am also working in an customer service organisation.it should not happened to any customer like me in futurue.pls avoiding this kind of distubutor r disqualifying his agency

Our village people collact the cylinder kilkodungalour jointion at monthly once. single cylinder conncetion purchase the one cylinder amount Rs.340 every month, not praper bill & praper resion. So plase praper bill for the collecting amount.

                                    I was residing in Pondicherry for the past 6 years. For the past one year, my mother was under cancer treatment and so we were bound to stay at our sister's home in chennai. Now, I got a job in chennai and when I asked for cancellation of the Gas connection in Pondicherry and to transfer the connection to chennai, they are saying that connection won't be transferred as we were not getting gas for the past 10 months. Is there any way by which I could do something for this? I really need gas badly in chennai as my mom is suffering to cook food everyday. We are somehow managing for our food as of now. But I need to do some alternative soon as her health condition is not good. Please help me with this!!!

                                    1, Hariom gas agency's demanding Rs. 2350 by refusing giving any detail.
                                    2, Even though I agree to pay demanded amount, but he denied to give me connection.
                                    3, Way of talking was not proper, speaked in non respective manner.
                                    4, His subordinate staff tallied me that U go out, otherwise Owner will through out u out of office.

                                      Non delivery of gas after booking, no contact possible

                                      I am a customer of Indane Gas past 6 yrs. I get my gas service from Vishnu Gas Agency, Kadugodi Whitefield, Bangalore.
                                      We have booked our gas two weeks before and then they said delivery will be within 3 days. We did not get the delivery and since then we are trying to reach them on their contact numbers but most of the time, a recorded msg comes which says this telephone line is not working. But, when i tried in mornings, twice...

                                      My father (Sh.H. R. Sharma) consumer ID is 19402 and I get my Gas Cylinder supply from Chander Nagar Gas - Surya Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (UP), the agency use to supply the gas after 05-07 days of booking . This problem I am facing from last 6 months and the cylinder is under weight also.

                                      Indane Gas — underweight cylinder

                                      I am a resident of Saket, N. Delhi with a consumer No. 3518 with M/s R.K.Agencies.
                                      On 19th mar. 09 the cylinder brought in weighed only 25 kg. The delivery boy immediately brought in a second cylinder which also weighed nearly the same. On dialing all the 3 agency numbers repeatedly there was no response. The godown incharge was summoned who then personally came to deliver a 29 kg cylinder and requested to be allowed to take away the incomplete cylinders - to be passed on to some dhaba / restaurant. The Manager who ( we are told) is not available, sent a message that he would meet us in the evening .
                                      The incident is a breach of trust that customers place in their local suppliers.
                                      I hope the Indane gas looks into the matter.

                                      1. The agency didn’t respond several times on phone.
                                      2 They always supplied under weight cylinder.
                                      3. Several times I physically meet the agency and complaint the above matter but they didn’t take any action in this regard.
                                      4. Yesterday I got a cylinder under weight approximately 4 Kg.

                                      So kindly request you to take necessary action against the, BANARASGAS SERVICES. As early as possible.

                                      1. I Have a Single Cylinder Indane gas connection (3868) at Sree Muthappan Gas Agency, Pathiriyad Kannur District and booked for refiled cylinder on 28 Oct 2009.
                                      On 16 Nov 2009 I have booked complaint to get the refiled cylinder through the helpline as the same was too much delayed.

                                      2. The same day Refiled cylinder received and charged Rs 360/-, the agency had not been provided any bill on the account and my house is within 5Kms from the agency and I lodged a complaint through helpline vide Complaint No 26908, such type of practices was not happened in first time the same has brought info the knowledge of the agency on their reply the service persons were take without knowledge, the same again repeated.

                                      3. On reply from the helpline they directed to a Mob No [protected], On a call to the No Mr. George attended and asked for written complaint.

                                      4. In view of the above let I want to know on what circumstance the refilled gas cylinder was delayed as the same was get a complaint through helpline within hours and the details of Rs 360/- was claimed against refilled gas connection.

                                      5. You are requested to look into the matter seriously and take necessary action.

                                      my indane gas connection no. 18307 of nair gas service Vikas Puri.My howker does not has a authentic balance. when we ask about the balance provided by dealer, he says i lost that.He always supply under weight.

                                      While cylinder is delivered I felt that the weight is lesser than normal cylinder weights. I could not weigh it because I do not have any weight machine. Usually in normal condition I need to order the refill at an interval of 2 months but this time it reduces to 25 days. When I called the distributor’s office for the same they advised me to take thee delivery after weight verification. At delivery of the cylinder why can’t the distributer bring the weighting machine and get it verified on customer’s request? All customers can’t bear the cost of weighting machine but an honest distributer can resolve this prob.

                                      From past 2 months,i am all alone in my family and use the same for night cooking.previously used cylinders took atleast 2 months to get empty and the said cyclinder took 3 days to get empty.I had a belief that my agency is foolproof and never weighted the cyclinder at my residence but now the cyclinder may had only 4-5 kg of gas thus got emptied in few days.

                                      This is bring to your notice regarding the low gas refill in LPG cylinder, My booking ID is CX23080786 and i got delivered the gas on 14April21 and started using from 13th June which is empty today within 15 days on normal use, but surprisingly it shows the weight 20kg with no gas in it, i have showed this to delivery vendor and he also checked and said may be water filled in the cylinder for maintain the actual weight of the cylinder, I asked him for change my cylinder but he denied and told me to talk to gas agency for this and went . I have tried to contact Indiane toll free number and Uttaranchal Gas Service number but does not get any response from both of the end.
                                      As you know the prices of gas are increasing day by day and on this if we are not get full gas how can we survive .
                                      The incident is a breach of trust that customers place in their local suppliers.
                                      I hope the Indane gas looks into the matter and take a necessary action against the Gas supplier
