bad behaviour by senior manager IOB green av amritsar

i just want to request to someone who is relabel for this pleas send this manager for the customer care training again ..tell him he is just their to take care of customers and their money he is not the boos . If any customer is making any quarry that's his responsibility to answer the customer

this is very simple that if u don't want to answer customer quarry stay at home no one is going to ask u any questions .quarries and best answers upto ur knowledge that is the job for you.
