Indian Overseas Bank — Refused to give education loan

Availed education loan of rupees 1, 50, 000 and add for B.E degree in the years[protected] to my son R.SANDHEEPAN.After passing B.E degree in 1st class, my son got admission for M.E degree in ANNA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY COIMBATORE in june 2010 and studying as such.We approached the above said bank in septmber 2010 to get additional loan of Rs.1, 86, 000 to pursue higher studies and submitted all relevant documents for sanction.I stood as a guarantor.I was recently retired from service holding the post of P.A TO DISTRICT JUDGE, DISTRICT COURT NAGERCOIL.The present bank manager and the loan sanctioning officer viz Thiru.Azhagappan and Thiru.Vijyan are dragging till[protected] and finally the refused to sanction the additional educational loan arbitarily without any reason with some ulterior motives and some expectations.Their act amounts to non-feasons and negliences to function their obligatory duties.please take necessary actions in this regard and redress my grievances so as to enable my son to pursue higher studies.
