[Resolved] Indian Passport Authority — Non-Issuance of Passport in Tatkal even after 44 days | |||
I have applied for passport in tatkaal category on 04/02/2013 at PSK Kanpur. Representatives at the PSK had assured me that i would get my passport within 15 days and yes, i paid for it accordingly like 3500 INR as tatkaal category fee, but, it's been one month since and passport is yet to be delivered. Also, the status has been same for the last 44 odd days. I applied in tatkaal category because i wanted it on urgent basis but services at their side disappointed me. I have send many mails to Passport office , Raised grievance at their site but no response received. I tried to call regional passport office several times but no once picks up the call. Kindly help to resolve the issue ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had applied for the passportsince last 29-sep 2004 (Ghaziabad Office ) All enquri had been completed with in 3 months i visited the passport office many time, they gave only one answer that i will dispathce you with in 10 to 15 days but now in around 4 year i did not get passport, So please give the solution for this problem

Indian Passport — Non Issue of New Passport
An Indian Passport owner for the past 20 years, I have applied for a new Passport in Jaunpur office on 14 August, 2008. Details of my application are as follows:File # LKOZ942169/08, DD # 884933 dt. 06/06/08 (Oriental Bank of Commerce).
It has been over 7 months, I have not got my passport issued. On inquiry from Lucknow, I was told that there is no such file taceable with them.
While passport offices claim quick issue/renewal of passports within a month time, this delay is puzzling and raises a big question on their claim.
My file No. HYDW60387109, i have applied on 16/03/09, till date i have not reviced my pass port.
i applied on 12/08/08..till now didnot get, wat can i do? you will get soon ..don't worry

I have submitted my son's passport (child 11 years) for renewal at Bhubaneshwar passport office on 8th July 2012.Online status shows that it will be despatched on 29th May 2012, but till date I have not rec'd the passport of my son.I am trying to contact them on phone but the status shows the phone is out of order.name of child-Saptarathi Hom choudhury

All details and documents has been submitted by us to SP korba for police varification. Report has been generated, but wrongly sent to passport officer Raipur instead of Bhopal. Bhopal passport office has the photocopy of the report of police varification. They have sent back to settel the case to SP korba. SP korba say they haven't received any corroespondence from PO bhopal. Public grivance officer of bhopal had a direct talk with SP korba and had prommised to settel the case, but till now no favaourable responce has been obtained. Its now the matter between two Govt departments and we can hardly do any thing.
My request is to help me to get issued the case urgently as the matter is almost 10 months old.
