Indian Passport — NON RECEIPT OF RENEWED PASSPORT

I had applied for a renewal of my passport and submited my application on 27.06.2011.Police verification completed .The status on net shows under process.
It is now two and a half month that the renewed passport has not been dispatched .My Ack no os Z 070869 AMANPREET SINGH TEJI.
