I have applied for the Passport, which has been delivered at my House address on 26-09-2008. During verification of all our particulars on the passport. I have found one incorrect information, which I would like to bring under your notice. Applicant Name is correctly displayed on it, but spouse name is incorrectly displaying. please find the details given below about the Correct & Incorrect name.

Spouse Name / Husband Name :- SANJAY DHUNNA
[ Incorrect First Name & Last Name ]
Applicant Name:- SHAMA DHUNNA

Passport has been despatched by post on 22-09-2008 vide postal Registration Number 001190
I am sure about all my particulars while filling & submitting the PASSPORT form. All the entries had thoroughly checked while processing the form.
Please suggest what is the process of doing correction as mentioned above. Waiting for your valuable suggestions.
