Student — regarding the error in my date of birth in my delivered passport
Before one month i get my passport at my home in which their is an error regarding the my "DATE OF BIRTH" . Which i can't expected because i submit my all data correctly to the Passport Office PATNA.Now the error is:
my origanl DOB is :[protected]
while In Passport it is :[protected]
I want to solution of this error, what can i do for that. Give me the proper solution for that, so i utilize the my passport properly.
Please give me the solution!!!
Applied for Pasport on 29.11.2008, vide Application form Registration no.Z762163. The status is shown that police file is not complete. But we had checked with the Police station and they told that the file already forwarded to your good office in Jaipur on 23.12.2008.
Pl.update your file and obliged us with issue of pasport.

Dear sir,
I have got my passport No.H3221769 issued on 9.2.2009 by Regional passport office New Delhi but I found that first name of my father was written in passport "SSHAMBHU" instead of "SHAMBHU"ie one S is superfluously added.
Kindly advise me that if it have material effect? if so than what is the procedure to correct the same. mistake.

As i sayedunnisa has applied for the passport about 15days back and still my police verification is not been done yet.on verifing on the internet my name has been mispelt though correct name was given in the application form... the mistake is that they have replaced the letter Y as F... my name is SAYEDUNNISA and not SAFEDUNNISA...
For avoiding further confusions, i kindly request you to take immediate action... n provide me passport as i am in a urgent need of it...

on reply of that I send a complaint to S.P.Sultanpur by speed post on 18-03-09 and I did not recive any progress report of that complanet till today.
also I applied again in the possport office with document on[protected] and no came at my house for the veryfication.

I had filed a police complaint there and on returning to India I have applied for my passport.
