Dear Sir,
This is RADHAMANI PULAYANAKUNNIL CHELLAPEN applied for the duplicate PassPort in New Delhi Passport Office on 03 March 2009 with the File Reference Number : DLH-D[protected].
I hav sumbitt the application for this on 03 march 2009.
I have been verified by person from police department in last week of march and i hav checked the status in the internet "Police Verification Report not yet received" shown.
so, how can i know the exact status where my application is ?

Dear Sir,
I have applied on Form II for exension of validity of my passport on 22.12.2008 and submitted the application personally at the office of Passport Officer, Vishakapatnam, A.P. It has valid USA visa upto the year 2011.I have neiher received my passport or any communication to that effect.
I have tried to contact the Visakapatnam, Passport office as per the telephone number given on the cash receipt issued to me at the time of submission of application but to no avail. It only gives only a recorded message stating that due to unfortunate reasons the passport got delayed and the same will be despatched within a week's time.
The local travel agents suggest that I should again personally go to Visakapatnam and enquire. How is it possible for a person with 67 years to go to Visakapatnam which is about 150 Kms from the place of stay.
Please help in knowing the status on my passport.

I, had applied for fresh passport which I am studying MBA at Tirupati vide File No. A352076/08, Dt.04.02.2008 of passport application collection center, Tirupati duly giving the residential particulars as D/o V.Rama Surya Rao, D.No.16-490/6, Z.P.Center, Valandapalem, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.
According verification at my study place in Tirupati has been completed and sent the vierification report to passport authority on 17.03.08 vide letter no.38/2008 of chittor police. But till date I didn't receive my passport and it is also inform that no enquiry has been made at my home address place in Machilipatnam.
I request to kindly consider my application and send the same for Re-police verification towards Machilpatnam and do needful to me for issue of Passport at an early date so as to procced towards abroad in search of job.

I applied Ordnary Passport on the date[protected]. I got the passport on the date[protected], there are two errors found in my passport as follows
1. As I had applied for 10 years validity but I got 5 years validity from the date[protected] to[protected].
2. I didnt get "ECNR" in my passport.
Then I have applied again on[protected] to rectify the above shown errors and they had corrected the validity as from[protected] to[protected].
Again the next day on[protected] I given my passport to change from "ECR" to "ECNR". I shown my 10th class certificates and they have collected the fee of Rs.300/- and they said that the passport will be received with in 10 days by post.
But till now the passport has not yet received. Please look after this matter and give some suggetions and make my passport receive as earlly as possible.
