P006556 I have been waiting for the Police verification since 16.12.2011 I have checked the status in the internet that shows "Police Verification Report not yet received". this is viewed till date i.e. on 03/04/2012 Sir, Please help me out to know the exact status of my application. I have submitted my passport application form on Dt.01-06-09.My file No-(A029898), key No-([protected])After polish verification I checked for the status my passport I found a mistake the spelling of my name is wrong(it is coming MANSS RANJAN ROUT instead of MANAS RANJAN ROUT) although I had given the correct spelling in my application form.The status is coming as Police report is incomplete & the case is being examined although the police verification is being completed.
Can you please verify the case and do inform me on my mail Id [protected]@live.com.

Sir, I have applied for passport. My Receipt No. is A017186 dt 10.6.09 at Bhubneswar Passport Office. I checked for the status. In My passport I found mistakes in the spelling of my name it is coming VIJAYANTY CHOUDHURY instead of VAIJAYANTY CHOUDHARY) although I had given the correct spelling in my Documents.The status is coming as Police report is incomplete & the case is being examined although the police verification is completed.

Sir, This is Ramkumar Maravarjulla i have applied for my passport on 19th january, 2010 with a reference number HYDH00101410 in Eseva at Vanasthalipuram. While so when i have checked the status of my file then i showed with a status Police Report has not been Received. However it contains my File Number, Date of Application, my Full Name and My Date of Birth.
What my Querry there is a wrong in my Date of birth it should be[protected] inspite of that it is wrongly entered as[protected]. So my question is how to rectiy my Date of Birth and what is the procedure? Kindly answer my problem.
