Date of Application: 23-Dec-2010
Temporary Address (khanda colony new panvel west) Police verification done and received the PV report at thane passport Office on dated 11-Jan-2011.
Permanent Address (Pali ,Tesil sudhagad, dist. Raigad) Police verification done on dated 10-Mar-2011 and received the PV report at thane passport Office on dated 27-mar-2011. (Docket no. 937)
I am an expat and my wife needs to travel to my company of residence (OMAN). Every week I check into online info “It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time”

Also several time she visited to thane passport office due to because of the thane hotline no. is always busy and if somebody pik-up the ph they don’t know the status.

Dear Shri MUKTESH KUMAR PARDESHI,

I would like to bring you a notice that and i am sorry to say this "the system which we are using that is value less". In my Wife passport case, we are facing so much trouble in online system the update is like when my wife visit to our thane passport office on 9-April-11. your department said that now all the verification reports they received and soon they'll dispatch the passport and even on online status its shows
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the your Passport will dispatch on 23-April-2011"

but we didn't receive the passport till 28- April so she one's again visit to our thane passport office and this time they said " they didn't receive the police verification report form Alibag" but she given them inword as well outword no. and still till date the passport not received.

My self Roshan Wadibhasme i am working in OMAN. Shall i approached to Indian Ambasi in Muscat or what i need to do to get the Passport as soon as possible.

kindly prioritize passport dispatch and advice us about status......

Further to the above subject, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have applied for a passport for my wife Mrs. Gayatree Roshan Wadibhasme File Reference Number : THN-D[protected] on dated 23-dec-2010.

I have come to know the police verification has been done on in month of 8-feb-2011 and i have checked the passport status on our website http://passportstatus.nic.in but it's "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time" same from more than 3 weeks. we are regularly checking with Panvel post office and to our surprise till date we didn't receive the passport.

kindly prioritize passport dispatch and advice us about status......
