[Resolved]  Indian Passport — passport notice

I have applied for my passport on 02/07/2011 at Shakarpur passport office,delhi and till date I have not received the passport. Even if I check the status of my file no online it says Police verification has been waived and application is underway. In last 60 days I have enquired 4-5 times about the status and I did not get any satisfactory answer from the officials. My file number is Z039704.I am a goverment servant please suggest me. what should I do ? Should I approach RTI ? I'm worried about my passport as it has valid visa and I have to visit abroad next month.
