i had to recieve a register post sent from Banglore to Chennai, the post was sent on jan 12 2010 and the post no is SC 13, still i couldn't trace or recieve the post . since the post contains important bank documents, kindly help me in tracking out the post sent.

Dear Sir,
I am unable to track Parcel sent on 24TH Dec, 2009 from Chhatarpur (M.P.) to Smolensk, Russia.

I awadhesh singh comlaining about non-delivey of doument sended through Registered Post. I have RLA No. 2240 dated[protected].for your kind information documents which was sent by us are very much important and require to delivered on urgent basis.these documents contains admission form, admitt card for Engineering exam. & they must be delivered before[protected].
So i request you to kindly make any provision to deliver these document before[protected] as it is very urgent.

I am residing in jafarabad delhi -110053, we have not been receiving our letters and M.T.N.L phone bill since three months. I talk to my neighbour regarding not receiving letters and other mail, even they have same problem, they are also not receiving any mail. When I talked to M.T.N.L they said the problem is in your mailing delivery not from us, we are sending regular billls.
so sir / maidam I am requesting you to look into the matter and give us (the people of jafarabad) the right solution.
