Indian Post — non delivery of article

I have not received my parcel sent by speed post vide consignment no "EM[protected]IN" dtd 17/08/2011 from mumbai to amravati

had sent a registered post No.RLA 7739 sent on 14/06/2011, from Indore RTO to my address 3 - sikandrabad colony, near Haji colony khajrana indore, Till Date Not Receve, and i m unable to track the status of registered post, Please Kindaly help me and sumit the status report.you inform me on my email ID.

I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)

I S gowda, JPNagar, Bangalore, has registered two parcels in JpNagar Poast Office Bangalore 560078 with Transactions
No.(1) RK[protected]IN and(2) RK[protected]IN on 8/8/2011 destined to USA, but those Articles of Registered Parcels have not been DELIVERED even after lapse of ONE MONTH.A comlaint also been registered with Senior Superintendent Post Office Jayanagar Bangalore 29/8/11, 6/911 and13/9/11, but he is unable to trace the aiticlesand however promised to solve the problems soon.
May the concerned take neccessary action to see that the parcels are delivered to the addressees soon.
