Indian Post — non delivery of registered ad

i registered some important document to. dig cisf.nez kolkata 700107. On date 3.12.2011, but till date i did not find acknowledgement, RW[protected]IN

Dear Sir,

I have sent the registered AD cover No. RG[protected] IN on date 28.11.2011 from Sindhvai, Bharuch to the joint secretary (AIEEE unit), CBSE, Patapganj, Delhi - 110 092. But the Registered AD cover is yet to be reached. The document is very important (AIEEE application form) and the last date of submission is 31.12.2011.

This is very serious matter and send the cover to mailing address immediately without fail before 31.12.2011.
