I am Ratna Bhattacharjee, wife of Mr.Kripesh Ranjan Bhattacharjee residing at Dakshindari Road (Sreebhumi - Kolkata:48).
My husband has been suffering from Dimentia (Memory loss) since last 6 years or so and now he is not in a condition to speak/read/write or analyze anything. My husband's Sr.Citizem scheme has ended / matured and now its time for withdrawing the same. All necessary documents like Doctor's certificate, necessary forms etc has been submitted. Even one Inspector had visited our house in order to probe regarding the same and accordingly he submitted the report to the post office. Now, they are saying that it needs to be send to higher authorities and hence it will take more time.
I do not understand, if such is the case, then how come last time I could withdraw other such schemes fro Post Office. This is pure harassment and immatured behavior. I can be contacted at 9163782776.
