Registered Letter — Registered mail not receipt

Respected sir,
LIC Latur branch has sent registered mail to me on[protected] addressed to Pune by registered mail no R/L no 2683 dated[protected]. But to my surprize even on[protected], it is not being delivered to me. No body from postal authorities know how many days it will take to deliver the same to me. What a service a letter from maharashta town to maharashta delivery point takes so many days.

you will never get the letter, that is the postal system in India.

Earlier this year I had recieved a parcel through post office Sopore pin code 193201.It was a COD, so I paid rs 3298 to this office.Later due to a problem I need evidence of delivery of product to myself.First I send my relative to collect any type of evidence from post office.They refused him without any reason, then SDM was requested to interfere, He talked to them telephonically, and advised to me to attend post office.To my surprise they were trying to expolite me by using words, we R not employees of State Govt, we will never give U any evdence as document, and at last one of them used unbearable rude words, however I digested it all and asked them to give reciept to my application, which they also refused.Next day I visited with prepration as I have three respectable local persons with me as witnesses.This day the postmaster a Ladhaki person was also present, He was informed about situation, but he supported his subordinate staff.Now I provided them a n application and asked for its reciept, they also refused saying U have to submitt it at district level post office.Now I updated them with evidence that all o[censored] are serving here due to extreme coruption in our country, as per post office rules the complaint needs to be submitt at the office were the complaint arised.As they C the evidence they got frustrated and asking me that they will provide evidence of payment, to which I refused now, and asked only for reciept of application.As now I had enough evidence, so I proceeded to higher authorities with complete details and evidence.I got both mail reciept and recipt through mail.Now it is 7th month neither my application was replied nor any update from online complaint office bearers.The post offices are now almost non functional everywhere.A sinle person serves us bluedart parcels for whole area, but dozens of post office employees can not satisfy public, and these people have a handfull of work.Only they practice is that going home to collection of EIDI a type of bribe, which most people pay due to a threat that they will delibrately misplace an important document like Passport as these are send through post offices.I think in comming time Govt had to wind up such services and save undue expenditures on these services, or atleast to privatise it with governing rules.

postmaster Mr. Ratan Singh at my village(pin code-321202) is behave in a very unpunctual, negligence manner due to that people of the village are very disappointed .he never deliver the mails at door to door .. people of the village go his home to collect the mails but he always mised from there, , neither he deliver the mails nor available at post office ..
action against the defaulter postmaster may please be initiated at the earliest, ,
