Indian Post — TRACKING FOR REGISTERED POST

I am very much sorry to say that one register post had been sent on my name from Burdwan University , Burdwan West Bengal on 1st february 2013 . Since today I could not trace that doccument, though it was very essential for my life. I had its consignment no RL1273 , but was very much unable to track online through INDIAN POST website.
Please help me in this regard .
