Indian Postal Service — Non Delivery of Registered Parcel number RR926131780IN

Sir,
I sent a registered parcel number RR[protected]IN to US from the Lucknow GPO. The parcel has not reached the receiver even almost a month after it was booked...

Does the postal department even read these comments/complaints? I really wonder... as there is not even a single reply from them in the threads...!!

I'm in Qatar and even I have a registered post tracking number, supposed to receive official documents from india... its more than a week... and one can't even track it through the india postal services website... !!

Can somebody respond to the umpteen no.of requests raised to know as to how to track the vide postal registration number.

I sent medicines by Registered Parcel to my son in Australia from GPO, Vadodara vide Receipt No. CP[protected] IN on 28th Oct. 2009 alongwith doctor's prescription and certificate but as on today he did not receive. I always used to send medicines through postal authority every time as my son requires medicines for whole life as per doctor's advise. I have been informed by the postal authority that the parcel will reach within 6-7 days but, I regret, he has still not received and this is my third incidence. The medicines are very essential for him. Is this the service of India Post that evenafter lapse of 20 days receiver has not got the medicines?

Please investigate and let me know whether he would get the medicines and when?

A Registered Parcel has been made from Chennai Thyagarayanagar Post Office Chennai on 27th Oct 09. Its almost 23 days and still i didn't receive my Parcel.I enquired in Local Post office.
They said its not in the country.Could you Kindly please help to trace the parcel.Looking forward to hear from you soon.Thank you

Indian Postal Service — Non delivery of Health supplement ordered from US

Hi sir,
I ordered body building supplement through Ist Place Supplements.
After order was confirmed of shippment within 10-15 days.
But when the product wasn't delievered after one month, I enquired for the product
to the company.They told me that they have dispatched the product as soon as
product was ordered.
They told me to enquire at customs, whether they have cleared the product
or not. They have provided me the Recipt no or label no.
The Label no : CP[protected]US.
Please help me in this case.
I really don't know what has happened to the product.

I have sent one parcel on 28 November 2009 to Pune -India and i got told that it will reach in 3-5 working days but its more than 6 days and when i check the status, i get that it has already been dispatched to India last week and it is more than 5 days it is not reached there .
