registered postal services — letter not delivered

ihave sent my medical certificates to apply for a visiting visa to my husband who is working in oman.so far he had not received my documents.my documents registration number is fgn---AIR--RL A RR[protected]IN.THIS WAS SENT ON 09 03 2010 from kakkad post office,kannur kerala state,670005.and sent to Mr salim joseph,reporter,the times of oman H! ruwi oman.
i would like to know where my documents are?what is its current position? kindly do the needful sir.
