[Resolved]  Indian Railway — Amount debited twice against single PNR

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had booked two tickets thru my debit card(SBI)(to and fro)from Secunderabad to Palakkad(Kerala) and Palakkad to Secunderabad on 23/11/09. As per my bank statement they deducted Rs 1340/-additional on my ticket.

PNR No:[protected]

DOJ : 20 Jan 2010

Travellers Name : Mr Suresh P, Mrs Suresh P, Karhtik K and Aswathy K

actual fare is 1305/- + aditional charge 35 = 1340

In fact the amount Rs 1340 is debitted twice from my account against the same PNR number which I mentioned above.

Now, what is the procedure to credit the amount in to my bank account which is wrongly debitted twice ?
