[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation — Complaint against railway employee

Respected sir/madam
I am extremely sorry to write a complain against railway employee S.A.Siddiqui at reservation counter OLD DELHI RAILWAY STATION..
when i reached at counter after waiting 2 hour in a lengthy que for reservation having two reservation slip to reserve my family ticket the cry on me n say no ticket shall be given to you. I asked what are the reason to refuse they said that only person having only one slip shall be awarded one booking . Only one ticket against one reservation slip was given by him. This seems clearly misbehave.
They gives preference to unauthorized DALAL and sales ticket to them in preference to other general passenger.

Please kindly take necessary action. I will be very thank full to you......
