[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering Department — Misbehavior with passenger | |||
Sir, I have booked ticket in Indian Railway, While travelling, I have booked meals. I have provided meals but not water, I have demanded for it. Then, I have been deeply insulted by the canteen manager with abusing language and told he don't have complaint / suggestion book. I deeply hurted with the bad service.
