Hi, I went to the Banashankari BDA Complex railway counter for reservation from Howrah to darbhanga and vice versa. she spoke to me so rudely , she was telling to me when online booking was there why you come to the counter, i dont know the train no , so i write the train name and i thought throught software they will write it and she was so irritated and shouted like anything. is this the way to speak to the customer? i want her suspension from the post.
