Dear Sir, This is regarding PNR Number: [protected] Ticket Type: eticket Transaction ID: [protected] Booked On:[protected] Class: SL Internet Service Charge: Rs 10.00 Date Of Journey: 04/9/2010 Railway Zone: SER Bank: CITI Total: Rs 1111.00 Train No: 2864 Ticket Charge: Rs 1101.00 From Station: KRISHNARAJAPURM(KJM) Quota: General To Station: VISHAKAPATNAM(VSKP) i book ticket for 3 passengers, in which only 1 ticket was confirmed , so i couldnt travel on that, as the other 2 passengers were ladies. when i raised a TDR with "Reason: Passenger Not Travelled". After 7 months i got the status as "3104-SER/4 Delay not condoned. The case is repudiated.". but i didnt understand that. if the e-ticket is in the state as W/L passenger cannot travel on that, so i have the get the money refunded. as one of the passenge ticket is confirmed and the rest 2 are in W/L, i didnt recieved the amount. in evening also the ticket counters were too crowded so after waiting for 2 hours i finaly reached counter'there the person at counter informed me that the train was at 7 am in morning n now time was 9 pm.so i need to meet station master and file tdr.which i did.
the ticket amount was 6000 rs.now i wana know when and how will i receive my amount due!also with which office or authority should i follow up for the matter, can i have some email or contact number?
any help or guidence in the matter would be really helpful
