[Resolved]  Indian Railway (South Eastern Railway) — NON-REFUND IN RESPECT OF TDR FILED ON 22/05/2010

Dear Sir,

Given below are the correspondences, made with IRCTC as of date. Though the minimum period of 90 have lapsed, I have not get back my refund amount of Rs.2920/-. In my case there is no fault on my behalf. Since the train has got delayed by more than 10 hours, I have to cancell my ticket. A lower middle class persons like me may not be in a position to wait for such a long duration to get back the refund.

Please take up this matter with the concerned division concerned and do the needful.

in spite of repeated complain, they are saying money is under process
but how much time it will take god know????????
its almost 6 month since i filed my TDR
the amount is already being manipulated and shared by concerned CCM
I also filed TDR on 20th april 09 . Still i have not received money retrn after too many mails follow up.

I booked ticket for travelling Puri on Puri-Howrah Jagannath Express dated. 15th Jan, '11 (Train No. 18409 dtd. 13.11.2010, PNR No.[protected]. My parents are senior citizen (Father : Mr. Prabhat Kumar Bhaduri, Age 76, Mother: Tandra Bhaduri, Age 67). Ticket no. : S8 70 UB & S8 48 SU.He and she is not climbing upper tower. they are illness. why should i travel puri with this ticket????
Pls arrange lower birth in same coach as early as possible.
