[Resolved]  Indian Railway — Valid TDR has been rejected, Because railway could not maintain the previous records.

Train Status: It was late at least by 18 hrs
(till the last time, I checked)

Result: I could not travel because of delayed train. So I filed TDR against above PNR No, but now received below mail text from railways.
