[Resolved] Indian Railway — Valid TDR has been rejected, Because railway could not maintain the previous records. | |||
Train No: 02394 Date of Journey:[protected] PNR No: [protected] Passenger Name: Vibhav Train Status: It was late at least by 18 hrs (till the last time, I checked) Result: I could not travel because of delayed train. So I filed TDR against above PNR No, but now received below mail text from railways. ________________________________________________________________________________...⇄ Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : DEC051212V25612 and the reason being : 'Claim can’t be finalized as old Records NOT available' In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at [protected]@irctc.co.in With regards, TDR TEAM ________________________________________________________________________________...⇄ Now, I want to file a complaint against railway's fad.
