[Resolved] Indian Railways — bed roll,cleanliness | |||
My Parents were travelling from Chapra to Ranchi in 15028 Maurya express, Their PNR No was Pnr -[protected] . The 2nd AC Coach attendant gave used bed sheet to passengers,when they asked for complaint book he said he doesn't have one. The lavatory was unclean as there was no water as well. When will the NE railway or the SE railway make sure that this does not happen again and again. Was this information helpful? | |||

Indian Railways — BED ROLE
I frequently travel between Dhanbad - Kolkata and Dhanbad - Rachi by rail in A.C sleeper coaches. It is observed that A.C. coach attendented are relucted to provide bed role (i.e.bed sheet, blanket, pillow etc). to pessager in such short distance. As if passenger of short distance are travelling at free of cost. Every time either I have to request them 3-4 times or verbal complain to TTE then only bed role will be provided. if any body keep quite then he will never get bed role. This type of incidence not only take place common expess train but also train like Rajdhani Express.Please do the needful at the earliest so that our rail journey become more comfortable.
