[Resolved]  Indian Railways — Unavailability of clean bedsheets, covers, pillows and blankets

Travel details - PNR [protected] ; Class 3A ; Ahmedabad to Mumbai ; Train No 9018 ; Coach/Berth B1/01 and B1/04 ; Traveller names - Shreerang Yadav and Pratik S.

Complaint: Dirty blankets and pillows provided. On requesting for clean blankets and pillows/ bedsheets, the coach attendant Sanjay Jaiswal misbehaved and the complaint book was not provided inspite of several requests.
I would like to seek refund of the fare difference between 3A and SL Class as I have not availed any services.

Complaint: Dirty blankets and pillows provided. On requesting for clean blankets and pillows/ bedsheets, the coach attendant misbehaved and issued used one the complaint book was not provided inspite of several requests.
I would like to seek refund of the fare difference between 2A and SL Class as I have not availed any services.
