[Resolved] Indian Railways — Train missed due wrong info on Enquiry No.139 | |
I had to travel from Pune to Bharuch on Train no.1050 on[protected]. I have booked a Tatkal ticket on the train. My Train missed due to wrong information given on Enquiry no.139. It was told on 139 that Train was late by 55 minutes but train was actually on right time. My family (Wife & 8 months Old child) and I have to face a lot of inconveneneince. I have to travel by bus on[protected]. Some more passengers also missed the same train from Pune due to the same reason. I have filed a formal complaint with the Dy. Station Superintendent and get the signature of the co-passenger (PNR No.[protected]). Full refund of my ticket along with compensation of Rs.30, 000 may be given due to inconvenience caused to me my wife and 8 months old child.
