[Resolved]  Indian Railways — Non-receipt of refun money for cancellation of e-ticket

Kindly note that i had booked the following e-ticket and made the payment through my ICICI Bank account for Travel from New Delhi to Sealdah : -

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I appliws doe cancellation of tickets. I am yet to get the refund the fare (after applicable deductions) despite several reminders and complaints.

Several requests and reminders have been posted in this regard on mail ID's [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in, but of no avail.
