[Resolved]  Indian Railways — e-ticket partial cancellation not accepting after chart preparation

pnr no[protected],transaction no.[protected], we want to cancell only 3rd person a rahul, age 10, male ticket . repeated times attempted to cancell this one ticket, but i unable to cancell,. i went to machilipatnam rail reservation counter, they also rejected to cancell . This facillity was not given to e-ticket holders after chart prepared. I objecting and this is not currect to withdraw this facility to e-ticket holders. This facility is available to counter ticket holers. this disparity is not currect, remove this disparity and refund cancelled ticket amount.

sir,

in reply to this i recived this mail
"Kindly note that e-ticket
cancellation can be done up to the chart preparation, after making chart
e-ticket cancellation not allowed. In this case has been forwarded to
railways for the TDR process. Railways check all the matters and decide what
amount should be refunded and this all process takes 90 days or more"
My question is why should i suffer for the fault of railways where i waited for the aforesaid train for more than 4 hours when temprature was 1.2 degrees.
this all has caused me a great mental as well as physicall agony and because of this delay i was compelled to buy a current scheme ticket of shatabdi express which was thrice the amount of my former ticket.
and my amount is subjected to be refunded and it may take more than 3 months, which is totally unfair
there fore i kindly request the concerned authority to look forward in to this matter and help me to compensate for my physical mental loss.

i was booking an e-ticket on the railway site IRCTC.CO.IN..But there is a big problem arising..it is taking nearly 40 min. & still processing..there is a very poor service by the INDIAN RAILWAYS..i think...please rectify this problem to save our time...

Dear Sir,

I have booked two tickets from Hazrat nizzamudin delhi station to bandra mumbai for date[protected] which Pnr No. [protected] & [protected] Transaction ID [protected] & [protected] by train no. 2910/ BDTS GARIB RATH. The tain is late by 20 hrs. Due to the late running of the train have not travelled by the ticket. Please cancel the same ticket and refund the same. please help we cant afford this.
