Indian Railways - e-ticket partial cancellation not accepting after chart preparation

pnr no1403258518,transaction no.0041201165, we want to cancell only 3rd person a rahul, age 10, male ticket . repeated times attempted to cancell this one ticket, but i unable to cancell,. i went to machilipatnam rail reservation counter, they also rejected to cancell . This facillity was not given to e-ticket holders after chart prepared. I objecting and this is not currect to withdraw this facility to e-ticket holders. This facility is available to counter ticket holers. this disparity is not currect, remove this disparity and refund cancelled ticket amount.
