Hello Sir,
I have booked my parcel i.e. motor bike (Hero Honda Passion Plus bike) from secunderabad to badnera in Bikaner Express (Train No. 17037) dated 01.05.2013. But till now i am unable to trace my bike where it is parcel. As asked to badnera station this people refused for any such kind of parcel and not able to give any further information.No anyone from relway department help me, everyone neglecting this issue.I want my bike as early as possible .i informed to NR cell of Secundrabad, Bikaner, Badnera but till no anyone resolved this problem .this type of mistake shoud not happened this is very shameful on Indian Railway Because such type of people are working in Railway .Already i complaint on Many times but no anyone taking care of this issue.what i should do Please suggest me And help me.Already 40 Days crossed. I went to Badnera for taking information about bike the Parcel officer person that told " Yahape gadi nahi utra to hum kya karenge, hame nahi malum gadi kidhar hai, tum hyderabad malum karo, jub apne aap gadi aayegi to hum aapko bata denge" and he gave him Mobile No.to me but he not receiving call .duo to such type of people the shame on department.
I request to Railway department Please do needful as early as possible.

i have booked my tvs scooty Reg. no. UP 27 D-8662 from Ahmadabad station on 20.06.2013 to shahjahanpur, it was loaded in Porbandar Motihari Express train no. 19269 at 00:50 i.e. 21.06.2013.Bill No. 853100, it is to be unloaded at shahjahanpur but railway staff failed to do so...i contacted CPS who is so reluctant and then i lodged online complaint at IR Portal which is to be addressed by Sr. DCM Moradabad Mr.Manoj Sharma, it is also not yet addressed, complaint no.W/NR/MB/[protected]. NR Cell Moradabad had given me few numbers to trace my vehicle but none of them responded positively. i am field officer in bank and i am in need of my two wheeler.
I am hoping for the positive response from your side.

I have booked my household items from KNW(Khandwa) to PUNE(Pune - MH) via the Railway Parcel Service - Receipt No - D257145 on the 4th April 2014. Till date (7th April 2014), the parcel has not yet reached Pune. The parcel was sent via KNW(Khandwa) station. On enquiry from Khandwa, they intimated that the parcel was loaded on the 5th April 2014 in the Patna-Pune Exp(12150). However, it has not yet reached Pune!
I daily trying to contact officer here but they are not responding properly .Please help me in my tracking my parcel.

I booked my Royal Enfield Class 350 CC bike from Mancherial (MCI), Telangana to Bangalore (SBC) (Via Secendrabad / Kachiguda ) on 26th Feb 2016, and they told me that my bike will be in Bangalore by 29th Feb 2016. I went to Bangalore SBC station on 29th Feb, 1st and 2nd March, but they are saying my bike is still not reached and they are telling, they don't even have information about tracking my bike. I don't know whom to complaint even.
Please help me.
