[Resolved] Indian Railways — against reservation counter supervisor | |||
I am a NRI and finally return back to India on 27th April 2011 after 2 years duo to a car accident. I had to reach International tourist reservation counter at New Delhi Railway Station on 28th April 2011 for booking of my ticket from New Delhi to Basti in AC 2tier. Mr. Dilbagh Sharma, Enquiry & Reservation Supervisor was on the counter No. 3. he refused to give me reservation and told me that your passport contains exit visa. I told him that i am finally coming back to India after 2 years and you have to give me the reservation last time to reach my home. but he again refused and misbehave and shouting on me. After this i going to Ms. Neeta Dara, Cheif Reservation Supervisor, she listlen my problem and write a note on the reservation form and told me to go to Mr. Dilbagh and he will give you the reservation. After seeing the reservation form Mr. Dilbagh again shouted at me and he also shout on the lady supervisor. Then Lady told us to go to other counter where i got the confirmed ticket for 1st May 2011 I want to request railway minister that please take proper action against Mr. Dilbagh Sharma that again he may not misbehave with other tourists and travellers.
