[Resolved]  Indian Railways — harassment

I want to travel from jaisalmer to Bikaner by first class on 14/2/2013. From internet, I could get the information that a train 14701, Jaisalmer Bikaner Express runs daily at 22.30 hrs. Arrival/departure history shows that the train has been running in time since last six months

For some reasons,not known to me, online booking is not available. Enquiry personnel disconnect the line after saying 'ther is no direct train between Jaisalmer to Bikaner. There is no train like 14701' I got the reply at least 50 times. Finally, one person told me that online booking for this train is not available and booking can be done from regular booking office. So I went Palam Railway Booking Office, stood in the queue for 1 hr 45 minutes and got the reply that no train runs on 16/2/2013 from Jaisalmer to Bikaner. She was not bothered to see the print outs I had taken with me to prove that 14701 train with sleeper class and first class does exist, it runs daily and the print out states that the train is running in time since more than 4 weeks.She even gave me in writing that there is no train from Jaisalmer to Bikaner on 16/2/2013.

I tried to find out from enquiry again on 12/1/2013 at 12.15 pm. The person, Mr Atulesh Kushwah was really rude and said 'We do not have time to answer silly questions when I am telling you there is no direct train between Jaisalmer and Bkaner'.

I am a senior citizen, travelling with 3 other senior citizens, I do not want to travel without reservation, I have initiated action well in advance, still not getting proper help.
