Indian Railways — Not refunded the TDR amount for & months

Bad experince form central railways and the department form TDR section for not reposneding for last 7 months..Tickets was booked for mangalore to mumbai and the train was cancel due to the blockage of mud slide .....

after filing the TDR for refund amount they told it will take 90 Days.. now almost 7 months going on still they not refunded the amount and under is trail mail is there ...


patehtic people are there on TDR section none of the people take care...

Reminder 7 ..Shasksi i[censored] go to trial mail u can know the issue and only forwarding to the department it doesn't means the work is over ..... Pathetic work is going between your department and the tdr department and the tdr number which has given it has been under the of central tdr department .... no one come online ...This is the 7 reminder from me and I m continue mailing this will act as evidence against harrissing the people and not giving proper feedback ..... Does it take more than 4 month for this process to refund the amount and forwadred the paper to CCM/CR Railway on dt. 20-jul-2011 means almost 5th month going on and still u havnt got the proper response from your department. this means no one is serious of our money.



As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.



What does this sentence means Can yo explain HOW SOON MORE THAN 5 MONTHS ..
