[Resolved]  Indian Railways — regarding walk over,complain of station master

date[protected] my daughter with 3 kids was going to varanasi from nautanwa 18202 Durg nautanwa express. train is on 2 no. platform but there is no walk over (fly over) so we have to cross the train line and is very difficult for ladies to get over the tain.

2.its breathless in walk due to toilets and all
due to problem of passenger i have ask complain book from station master which has not put on name plate and after asking name he said amaranth ji but he refused to give complain book.
not only this his miss behaviour nwas shameless.
so i request from Indian railway that please see in this its very dangerous and please ask station master why he is miss behaving to passenger.....
i have already complain and its complain reference no is. w/ne/ljn/[protected] on[protected] time 18:18:34 ist
