Indian Railways / Tdr — TDR File amount not received

Address:Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

I have travelled to Mumbai on 01.08.2010 thru Godan Exp in 2 AC but AC was not working hence TC has issued the certficiate confirming the AC was not working. I have file TDR on 15.08.2010 and forwarded the copy of E Ticket as well orginal certificate to IRCTC, Delhi but till today I have not recd the Refund.
Despite wiriting many mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. The details are as under :-
Train no : 1056 Godan Exp. Dt of Journey : 01.08.2010 Class : 2 AC Transaction : [protected]
Certficiate no : C997482 dtd 02.08.10 issued by TC.
TDR Status : Forwarded to Railways.
