xtra rewards card
sir,I have IOC Xtrarewards card, since the last 3 months. in Andhrapradesh near ongole city surareddipalem jublee retail outlet IOC also could not enter the card to the machine,the staff said to me they were do not know operate the mechine.My card no-5001272959,
The dates are/14-02-20011,bill no-6359,amount Rs1500-00./petrol 23.38 lts
Next date 27-03-2011,bill no-1658,Amount Rs 1000-00,/petrol 15.59 lts.
.I am always use ioc petrol in my car&bike. either on the way in chennai near meenambakam Ioc outlet also one time they enter the card &give points,In march 6th The same out let staff said That the mechine is trouble.Nearly i am use 200 lts of petrol in 4 months, but i got only 113 points,i feel really cheated .please refer this Thanq R sreenivas,sr nagar,hyd. ravurih@yahoo.in |

Sir,
I am holding a XtraRewards card. I get the fuel filled at the Rameshwar filling station, Banjara hills, Hyderabad.
Every time i get my car tank filled with the fuel & ask for upgrading of points on card. The reply i get is the machine is not working. I request the concerned persons to look into this matter & solve it.
Also kindly let us know what shall i do about all the fuel we have been taking from your outlets. I have most of the invoice's for the fuel filled. Will that amount be added or i stand to loose those points. Kindly do let me know about it.

Sir,
I am holding a card for Xtra Rewards. I get my vehicles refuelled from RAMESHWAR FILLING STATION,
Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Most of the time we ask for upgrading of the points on the card, we are told that the machine is not working. I request the concerned persons to look into this matter & do the needful.
Also i am holding most of the invoice copies [genuine] for which i have taken fuel for my vehicles. kindly let me know how can i get those values added to my card.
Looking forward that the request will be considered. Thank You.

I fill Petrol regularly on KUMARASWAMY AUTO AGENCY At Royapet., , CHENNAI - 14., While swipe my card it's Broken by the petrol fill boys & Now its is not working And
Also not swipe & Use the Situation I Ask The Agency People's They told Simply Get Another Card For the Amount of Rs 60/- Why should I Get Another Card? it's Not
my mistake of Handling & Broken The Card ? so, kindly Guide the Agency to Issue
The Duplicate card by free of cost to me & Add my Existng point on the same!

I have IOC Xtrarewards card, no-5001956830
since the last 5 months. in Bhubaneswar, State - Odisha.I buy it from TRUPTI SERVICE STATION of IOC, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA.and i always use petrol/diesel in my 2 motorcycles 2 cars form that petrol pump as it is nearer to my office and house.since last one and half month the staff of that shop did not enter/allow my card (also of others) saying that the machine is not working.we have requested many times to solve this problem, but they didnt.

Since one month my card is not working and in petrol bunk at the time of swiping showing the massage is shown as application form not received but i have submitted application form to indian oil petrol bunk at SIVAM Auto Begumpet, Hyderabad and office staff also confirmed they were submitted all documents. Request you to activate myextrarewards card bearing the card No. 5001908211 at the earliest.

My card no is 5001015831 I do not have my pin number to redeem my points can you please mail to me how I can get this pin to my email id aspipooniwala@gmail.com or my cell number 9820289425. Also when ever I give my card to add the reward points every time the piont's added are different at random and when asked the filling station attendant says that depends on the company or say that you card gets only certain points in a month normally I fill fuel for around 20000 to 30000 or more a month.
