Indiaplaza. In — refusal of return of duplicate book | |||
i had ordered a book from Indiaplaza.in on 19th of March 2012 . the said book was delivered to me albeit late on the 4th of april. since i was away i had instructed household members to pay and take delivey accordingly. i was still away on the 17th of april when the same book was delivered to my house once again. i was in mumbai and i spoke to an official who asked me to send the book to the store again after i returned and i would be refunded the amount fully. upon my return last week i once again called up indiaplaza and they refused to accept the book saying that the return option was for a week only. i also said to them that the second book is unopened yet. the parcel is still intact but they refuse to accept the book and reufnd the money to me. the error is generated from their end and they do not want to acknowledge that at all. can anyone pls help i can keep the book - the issue is not that either. but i did not even like the way an old customer was dealt with. i have even been saying that the parcel is unopened but they were quite rude and the manager promised to get back 3 days ago and i am still waiting for his call so next time pls be sure before you use services like indiaplaza again. thank you shirin Was this information helpful? | |||
