Indiaplaza.com — Wrong product no Refund

I have ordered Zebronics Head set on Indiaplaza.com, but I received a cheap product instead of Zebronics, they shipped me wrong product, When I asked for refund/return they said we don't have any reverse pick up service in your area, However it was not mentioned anywhere about this.
When I raised a ticket about this, they said they will not be able to pick the product back and hence no refund.
Now they are asking me to courier the product back then they will think about refund.
