[Resolved]  Indiatimes — Non Delivery

I had ordered for a mobile phone from Indiatimes Shopping website on May 30, 2011.
And I logged a complaint on June 8, 2011 for the non-receipt of the product.
To my surprise when I called up customer care and spoke to 3 different tele-executives and all the three times my call was disconnected after I asked them about the details of my shippment.
Lastly I spoke to one more guy from Indiatimes who in turn asked me to contact Aramex Courier. I called up Aramex and got a very stupid kind of answer. Later I went to their website and got the below details which I would like to share with all:

Sad part of the story is that the Aramex customer care tele-executives told me that the shippment was off-loaded many a times due to security reasons.
My question is: This should be not the first time they are delivering a mobile phone, then why this circus.
