I would like to draw your attention towards this case where I had booked a Nokia C2-00 White phone through Indiatimes Shopping Dated 30th July with advanced payment of Rupees 2401 and the product was to be expected by date 6th of August.When made a contact with Indiatimes's customer service,they had no clue whether the product has been delivered or not,on top of that their attendant was giving no assurance of furthur status of the product,whether they will refund me the money or not or will they hand me the product safely .If the Indiatimes shopping expects us to pay in advance,why isn't the product reached till date?
