[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — cheating | |||
Sir, Myself Suraj Mirchandani and i stay in mumbai. I had read an advertisement of Indiatimes Shopping in mumbai mirror and called on that number to order the product. i had ordered an kitchen dicer and they told me to pay through credit card to get the delivery in 5 days. i placed my order 1week back and yet i have not received my product.i have made a full payment along with the shipmet fees and now the courier company named "blue dart" is calling me and telling me to pay more money to get the product. my order reference number is [protected]. please help me and take a strict action against them. I agree. Indiatimes.com is a cheater website
indiatimes cut money from my account by two times on the same product having 1 no. of quantity.
Panasonic Cordless phone and Magazines — Not received items from India times online
I am still waiting for the items ordered in Oct 09 - Panasonic cord less phone and subscription to a magazine. Registered compalint (17546), made numerous calls and no hope yet. I am in a helpless situation, what to do ? Pre Order Query [ Ticket Number: SHOP-370944 ]
This is to inform you that after browsing through Indiatimes shopping portal I ordered a Hyderabadi pearl combo set order no[protected] in which it was promised that I would get 1GB shuffle MP3 player free. But on receiving the order I was not delivered the MP3 player. When enquired upon the reply I received was as follows:
Dear AMIT PANT,
We thank you for contacting Indiatimes.
With reference to your mail dated 10.05.10 for order no[protected], we regret to inform you that we can not process your request because Gift (1GB Shuffle MP3 player) is not available with the product. Sorry we do not able to deliver free gift.
We thank you for your time and patience. We value you as our customer and your satisfaction is of most important to us.
For convenience please do not delete the interactions while replying.

As per advertized in Mumbai mirror paper in 20 april 2011 this HTC ozone is 3G enabled to confirm that phone is supporting GSM 3G services I called indiatimes customer care they also confirmed same, hence I purchased this mobile. took Vodafone 3G connection and it was not working, to verify I went vodafone gallery they told me that this phone is not 3G enable.
I again complaint in indiatimes shopping and i talk with Amit Kumar (Sr.Executive) and they refuse to take this product back. and when i told that i will complaint this matter in court he told me that do whatever you want to do i can’t help. So i need this indiatimes shopping close permanently otherwise they will do with other customer also.

BEWARE OF CHEATERS...My sister had booked flowers for Rs 2600/ and the flowers were never delivered . Attached is the mail update from India times on follow up...
