[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — Order Undelivered | |||
I booked a Nokia Lumia 620 from them on 6th April which was supposed to be delivered to me by 16th April, 2013. Current status is that they have not even shipped the product yet. Upon frequent follow ups from them, all they provided me was a case id. Also, told that the case has been escalated. Some case manager called my yesterday and assured me about the shipment of the order by evening but as usual they are not true to their words. The chat support executive Komal Khatri was arrogant & insensitive enough to ask me cancel the order. I think this was height o[censored]nprofessionalism. All I am asking is about the order for which I have already made the payment. They provide no concrete answers and repeat their standard replies. The experience has been very pathetic. You can follow the hashtag #FraudShoppingIndiaTimes on twitter to know who all faced the same problem. I would sincerely request to refrain buy anything from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
