Indiatimes Shopping — Wrong Delivery

Shopping.Indiatimes.Com — incorrect billing

I am registered as a buyer on "shopping.indiatimes.com" and had located some car accessories for purchasing. When I was just about to pay the final amount I noticed some discrepancies in the billing. Please consider the following points -
1. Shipping charges are applied individually for each item. If I want to purchase more than one item, why should I pay shipping charges individually on each item?
2. One item (car scratch polish) clearly said "free shipping" whereas final checkout showed Rs 105/- as shipping charges.
3. Thirdly, all the items I had shortlisted were from the same company (Ojjas Enterprises or something like that), so in any case individual shipping charges don't make sense.

I have received your 2.8 Inch Dual Sim Touch Screen Mobile NKTEL of Chinese make on[protected]. However, I am sorry to mention that the Camera and Videorecorder of the phone is not at all working. Moreover, I have noticed that there are small scratches on the touch pad of the screen which I suspect is used earlier. There was no catelogue to guide to programme the phone. When a call is made the receiving person hear my voice very feebly and that also in a female voice as well as the sound heard is not the original sound of mine. Therefore, I request you to replace the set at the earliest as the item is under 3 month's warranty period. Hoping to hear from you soon. Moreover I am unable to contact the right person to whom I can give a complaint and get my cellphone replaced/repaired. Kindly give contact addressed any in Bangalore.

India Times Shopping — wrong delivery

We had ordered a multi purpose vacuum cleaner worth 999/- but instead we got a car vacuum cleaner worth 299/- only. Our constant reminders about the wrong delivery had no effect. plz take immediate action or our interest in ordering more things through indiatimes shopping will decrease.our registration no. is [protected]. plz rply.

I had placed an order through the Indiatimes shopping website and filled out a registration form giving my billing address for Hyderabad and shipping address for Delhi since this was a gift. Due to some technical fault with the form, it did not register the shipping adress and has delivered the product to the billing address. A mail to their customer service id and feedback form bounced back. Several calls to the customer helpdesk resulted in their agents blaming us for the mistake. They said they have no authority to take any action and they could not put us through to a supervisor either.

Now I will have to pay extra to have the item couriered again! I urge people to never shop from the site

Don't buy anything from Indiatimes, the offer they are displaying are fake. Promise to give Silver coin & card all rubbish. Diyas are briken into picess. Cheap product and stop buying from Indiatime, let make a pledge Quit IndiaTimes Shopping.
I've worngly given delivery address, and within 4 min I realized and called to Customer Support, No action/No response to the mail escalation Most surprising that, no one available to the address from past 6 month; even it's delivred by TNT courier deliver item in good condition. So all farud.

Call them up on customer care and inquire about the problem. Since you must have got a receipt on your id, use that in case they want proof. You shouldn't have accepted the book in the first place ad should have opened it in front of the courier guy. Next time onwards buy books fom trusted source like flipkart.com
