Indiatimes.com — Neither product nor money back

I have Ordered fro a leg massager on the 22nd of feb. They sent a damaged one. They got it collected but have not replaced it. On calling them 3 times they said we cant do much, call the courier guys, etc. I need the money back .. inr 10750
I shopped thinking it would be convenient. however have lost a big amount
