On asking for refund I am being informed that according to indigo records I have boarded the flight. Because I missed the flight I was not able to attend the consultation in Bangalore and the whole day I was at Jaipur office, meeting people and some government functionaries. Kindly arrange for the refund at the earliest and inform me about the status at shabnam.[protected]@actionaid.org.
