I Vijay Kumar resident of 246-C, DG-II Vikas puri applied for IGL connection on 26th December 2012.I submitted amount of Rs 6000 for which I have receipt as well from IGL. IGL Committed and & mentioned in their receipt that installation of pipeline would be done at my premises after 90 days which completed on 26/03/2013.
I called IGL several times on their helpline number[protected] to check the connection status however no one answers the call ever on that number as there is always long waiting and after waiting the call automatically disconnects.
I reported my concern online several times to IGL on their website by loging onto my IGL Account with the help of my BP Number [protected] which was being given to me by IGL however it was of no use.I received a call from Rajkumar from IGL on 25/03/2013 and he told that they would not be able to install the connection on date given by IGL which was 26/03/2013 as they were short of staff because of Holi festival.Rajkumar told me that they would come for connection on 01/04/2013 however no one turned up or called.
After that I again registered my complaint on IGL online complaint portal however I didn't receive any call or no one turned up to my place for connection installation & also till date my online complaint is open and unattended. Complaint Numbers Are PRJ[protected] & PRJ[protected].
I called Mr Rajkumer on 18/04/2013 to check that why installation was not being done and he told me that he could not do anything as he got transferred to South Zone and told me to contact Paschim Vihar IGL office near Bosco school which covers Vikas Puri area.I called Paschim Vihar office and spoke to Mr Suresh who was not at all helpful and told that he could not do anything and disconnected my call.
Now Iam in regular contact with IGL Customer care on their number [protected] since 2 weeks however still iam not getting any solution.
